Julia (Wei) Zhang was born in China and speaks English and Mandarin. She holds a Master’s in Business Management and graduated from Immigration Consultant programs at UBC (2009-2010) and Ashton College (2015). She has been a member of the ICCRC since January 2016.

Between 1998 and 2009, Julia was a secretary for a general manager in Tianjin, China. From 2012 to 2015, she was director and vice-president of a financial company in Vancouver. Since becoming an RCIC in 2016, Julia has been the director of an immigration consulting company in Vancouver.
