Maniya has been a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant since 2017 and is the founder of Land Canada Immigration Services LTD., based in Metro Vancouver, BC. Immigration and education have always been part of her life, and she has lived and studied in various countries.

After spending a couple of years in Toronto, where she started her journey, Maniya moved to BC in 2003. Her passion and great interest in immigration led her to choose and pursue her specific field within immigration. Maniya has more than 11 years of experience providing services to international immigrants and refugees from diverse backgrounds within educational and immigration settings such as the School District of New Westminster, the Red Cross, the Immigrant Services Society (ISS), and the Multi-lingual Orientation Service Association for Immigrant Communities (MOSAIC).

Maniya applied her vast experience in immigration to her studies at the University of British Columbia, where she graduated with a certificate in Immigration Laws, Policies and Procedures. Prior to this, she completed a degree in Biology from Istanbul University in Turkey, a Medical Lab Technologist Diploma from Shahid Behest University of Medical Science in Tehran, Iran, Business Management courses from BCIT, and a Counselling certificate from Vancouver Community College.

Maniya’s career has afforded her the chance to work with international students and their families, guiding them through the academic, social, and cultural transitions associated with school and life in Canada, while her previous management experience and her work in NGOs and public sectors have led to the successful establishment of her firm. Maniya’s commitment to her work, attention to detail, and knowledge of Canadian immigration law are key to her success in delivering excellent results.
