Minhas Ali is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and President & CEO of ThinkAhead Immigration. With over a decade of experience, he advises employers and institutions on immigration strategies that align with Canada’s regulatory framework, labour market priorities, and long-term economic objectives.

His work focuses on strengthening Canada’s immigration system through compliant, evidence-based mobility solutions that support workforce development, reduce risk, and enhance retention. He brings a strong understanding of how immigration policy, governance, and program design intersect to advance national talent outcomes.

At ThinkAhead Immigration, Minhas leads the delivery of ethical, transparent, and client-centered services across a range of immigration pathways, with a focus on integrity and accountability.

As a Board Director and past member of CAPIC’s Policy & Lobbying Committee, and Governance & Nomination Committee, he contributes to advancing the profession, strengthening regulatory alignment, and supporting CAPIC’s role as the national voice of immigration consultants in Canada.
