CAPIC Case Law Study Centre organizes case law in practice categories; plus, it contains leading immigration court decisions such as Baker, Kanthasamy, Vavilov, and Trans, industrial case law, as well as decisions concerning the use of AI by immigration authorities.

IMMeLegal is a member-driven magazine geared towards discussing current Immigration Law topics to inform your practice and keep you in the loop. IMMeLegal offers ATIP exclusively done by CAPIC for its members, reviews of recent legal rulings, insider tips and information, in-depth articles on relevant immigration law topics such as Canada’s Spousal Policy, a human rights segment, and vital immigration news from the nearest quarter.
