The CAPIC IMMeMentor is designed to foster professional growth and development within the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) community. Leveraging an innovative online platform, this service facilitates easy engagement and seamless matching between mentors and mentees. By participating, members can build valuable connections, share insights, and enhance their expertise in immigration consultancy. The service aims to create a supportive network where experienced professionals help those newly licensed or with less experience, ensuring that all members have the resources and support they need to succeed in their careers.

The IMMeMentor is designed to facilitate professional development and knowledge sharing among members. By matching experienced mentors with mentees seeking guidance, the program aims to create a strong, supportive community of immigration consultants. IMMeMentor’s network is your RCIC database of your co-counselling relationships.

Qualifications

  • Mentors – Any members in good standing with CAPIC with experience in immigration consultancy who is willing to share their knowledge and experience with others, and whose RCIC license has been issued 5 or more years ago can become a mentor.
  • Mentees – Should be active members of CAPIC, looking for professional support opportunities, eager to learn, and committed to their professional growth.
