Mr. Sanchit Ahuja is a practicing immigration consultant (RCIC) based in Ontaro. He is a proud citizenship and immigration consultant, having gained his license in June 2021. Self employed, with the company name of Exitus Immigration Services Inc, he also holds IRB licensing as well. Sanjit has experience dealing with visitor, students and work visas. Sanjit hopes to specialize in more complex files as his practice and experience grows and has recently successfully reversed negative decisions on rejected files. An immigrant with and entrepreneurial spirt, Sanchit looks forward to the next level for his immigration practice. Sanjit also holds a Commissioner of Oaths.

Sanchit has completed his Bachelor in Arts and Law (BA, LLB) from New Delhi India. He became a lawyer in India in 2015 and appeared before various courts and tribunals. Sanchit immigrated in 2016 to Canada. He obtained his LLM in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University in 2019 to get further insight into the Canadian legal system. He followed that up with an immigration diploma and cleared his EPE exam in December, 2020.

He has handled a cluster of clients after starting his practice in June 2021. Moreover, he will be appearing for the Ontario bar exam in March 2023.

Sanchit is a self-starter, and motivator and loves to work for the rights of his client. He is happy to on the CAPIC podium and share his experience on retainers as a new practitioner. Welcome Sanchit!
